Associated Press LOS ANGELES - Britney Spears has received a California driver's license to comply with a court order in a child custody dispute with former husband Kevin Federline. The DMV says a temporary driver's license was issued late Tuesday in Santa Monica. Mike Marando, deputy director of communications for the Department of Motor Vehicles, says Spears should receive her license by mail within the next month. On Monday, a judge ordered the 25-year-old pop singer to temporarily surrender custody of the couple's two young sons to Federline. Spears failed to produce a California driver's license. A hearing was set for Wednesday afternoon for more custody proceedings between Spears and Federline. |
