MISSION VIEJO, Calif. (AP) -- Ensign Group Inc., which provides skilled nursing, rehabilitative care services and assisted living services, said its board declared a quarterly dividend of 4 cents per share. The dividend is payable on or before Jan. 31 to shareholders of record Dec. 31.
