NEWARK, N.Y. (AP) -- Ultralife Batteries Inc., which makes specialty batteries and chargers, said Wednesday it received a $40 million order from an unspecified defense contractor to supply communications systems. The order is related to a $62 million order announced on Dec. 17. The systems are expected to be delivered next year, the company said, with specific dates still to be determined.
