NEW YORK (AP) -- The chief information officer of Chicos FAS Inc., a clothing retailer, bought 10,000 shares of stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Monday. In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, Gary King reported he bought the shares for $10.34 apiece on Friday. Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares. Open market purchases and sales must be reported within two business days of the transaction. Chicos is based in Fort Myers, Fla.
