NEW YORK (AP) -- The chief executive of Visual Sciences Inc., a Web analytics company, sold 85,000 shares of stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Monday. In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, James MacIntyre reported he sold the shares for $15.50 apiece to $15.79 apiece on Monday. Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares. Open market purchases and sales must be reported within two business days of the transaction. Visual Sciences is based in San Diego.
