PHOENIX (AP) -- Auto parts and accessories retailer CSK Auto Corp. on Monday named James Constantine president and chief financial officer, effective Nov. 19. Constantine most recently served as chief financial officer and senior vice president of retailer ShopKo Stores Operating Co. Constantine replaces Steven Korby, who has served as interim CFO since the departure of James Riley this summer, according to a company spokeswoman. Shares of CSK Auto fell 53 cents, or 4.9 percent, to close at $10.31.
