NEW YORK (AP) -- Iconix Brand Group Inc., which owns and licenses apparel and other brands, said Monday it entered into a global licensing agreement with Elizabeth Arden Inc. to develop products for its Rocawear brand. Financial terms were undisclosed. Iconix will develop and distribute men's and women's fragrances, cosmetics and skincare products for Rocawear set to debut in the fall of 2008. Iconix bought the Rocawear brand in March.
