GLENDALE, Calif. (AP) -- Restaurant operator IHOP Corp. said Friday it would issue a dividend of 25 cents for the quarter ending in December. The dividend will be paid Nov. 20 to shareholders of record on Oct. 30. It has not increased from the previous quarter.
