NEW YORK (AP) -- Orient-Express Hotels Ltd. said Friday it declared a quarterly cash dividend of 2.5 cents per share. The dividend is payable Nov. 5 to shareholders of record Oct. 19. Bermuda-based Orient-Express owns or has interests in about 40 luxury hotels, including Hotel Cipriani in Venice.
