PHOENIX (AP) -- Pet supplies retailer PetSmart Inc. said Friday it declared a quarterly cash dividend of 3 cents per share. The dividend is payable Nov. 9 to shareholders of record at Oct. 26. PetSmart operates more than 966 pet stores in the United States and Canada, as well as in-store PetSmart PetsHotel cat and dog boarding facilities.
