DAYVILLE, Conn. (AP) -- Food distributor United Natural Foods Inc. said Friday it agreed to acquire Millbrook Distribution Services Inc., a specialty-food distributor. Financial terms were undisclosed. United Natural said the acquisition will help it expand in the specialty-foods segment. The deal is expected to close in 30 days.
