LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) -- PharMerica Corp., which provides pharmacy services to the elderly, said Friday that Chief Operating Officer Mark A. McCullough has resigned to pursue other opportunities. The company said McCullough's resignation is effective today. PharMerica shares fell slightly to $16.118 in electronic after-hours trading. During regular trading, the shares fell 4 cents to $16.12.
