BETHESDA, Md. (AP) -- Saul Centers Inc. on Friday said it raised its quarterly dividend by 3 cents, to 47 cents per share. The Bethesda, Md.-based company will pay the dividend Oct. 31 to shareholders of record Oct. 17.
