NAPLES, Fla. (AP) -- Bank holding company Bank of Florida Corp. said Friday it has named John S. Chaperon as its new president and chief executive for Bank of Florida-Southeast. Chaperon, 52, has worked as the corporate risk officer at Bank of Florida since early 2007. He will remain in that position as well. The holding company also said it appointed Charles K. Cross Jr. as senior lender for Bank of Florida-Southeast, which has locations in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties. Cross, 50, was previously market president for Bank of Florida in Palm Beach County. The company said Lee Willet will replace Cross as market president. Willet, 48, was formerly senior vice president and director of the private banking division at Colonial Bank. Bank of Florida shares fell 12 cents to close at $15.30.
