MERRIMACK, N.H. (AP) -- Pennichuck Corp., a water utility and real estate holding company, said Friday its subsidiary won a multiyear deal for operations and maintenance of a town's water system in Massachusetts. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The company will perform services in Salisbury, Mass., through June 30, 2012. Pennichuck has been providing maintenace to the town's water system since 2001. The Salisbury water system includes public drinking water and fire protection service to roughly 3,360 accounts for roughly 9,000 people. Shares of Pennichuck fell 7 cents to $24.44 in after-hours trading, after shares added 21 cents to $24.51.
