NEW YORK (AP) -- The chairman of aluminum maker Century Aluminum Co. sold 2,062 shares of stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Monday. In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, Craig Davis reported he sold the shares last Thursday and Monday for $49.07 to $52.06 apiece. Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares. Open market purchases and sales must be reported within two business days of the transaction. Century is based in Monterey, Calif.
