WASHINGTON (AP) -- Fannie Mae, the nation's top source for home mortgage funding, said Tuesday it's selling $3 billion of three-year benchmark notes. The yield on the issue is 4.45 percent and the notes mature Sept. 13, 2010. Barclays Capital Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. and Morgan Stanley & Co. are the joint lead managers. Shares of the federally chartered company gained 86 cents, or 1.4 percent, to $63.62 in morning trading.
