MARLTON, N.J. (AP) -- Building consultant Hill International Inc. was picked to manage construction of the Mall of Arabia in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, the company said Tuesday. The 29-month contract, awarded by Ilyas and Mustafa Galadari Management Investment & Development LLC, is worth about 74.5 million UAE dinars ($20.3 million). The 3 billion dinar ($817 million) mall is part of Dubai's City of Arabia project, and will be linked by monorail to a theme park and other attractions. Construction of the mall is expected to begin in December and run through April 2010. Hill International shares rose 10 cents to $7.40 in morning trading.
